信息过载对员工适应性绩效的影响机制研究

摘要

    在信息技术高速发展的背景下,信息过载已成为职场普遍现象。本研究基于资源保存理论,以中国内地医疗器械销售人员为研究对象,探讨信息过载对适应性绩效的影响机制,重点考察资源枯竭的中介作用与心理韧性的调节效应。本研究采用两阶段问卷调查法,收集了 9 家医疗器械企业 500 份有效样本数据,运用结构方程模型进行实证分析。结果表明:信息过载显著负向影响适应性绩效;资源枯竭在信息过载与适应性绩效之间起部分中介作用;心理韧性调节了资源枯竭与适应性绩效的负向关系。当心理韧性水平高时,资源枯竭与适应性绩效的负向关系就弱,而当心理韧性水平低时,资源枯竭与适应性绩效的负向关系就强。本研究拓展了资源保存理论在信息压力环境下的应用边界,为组织缓解信息过载的负面影响提供了理论依据与实践启示。
