Technology Empowerment and Value Reconstruction: Evolutionary Logic andPractical Paths of Digital Human Resource Management

By using the methods of literature review and theoretical analysis, this study integrates the latest research results at home and abroad, and discusses several aspects, including the development process of the HRM 4.0 concept, the application scenarios of core technologies of HRM 4.0, the impact mechanism of HRM 4.0 on organizational performance, and the ethical issues of HRM 4.0. Research shows that digital human resource management has evolved from a single technical tool to a value creation system consisting of three levels: operation, relationship, and change. Artificial intelligence, big data analysis, and automation technology are changing the boundaries and possibilities of human resource management. However, there is tension between the application of technology and humanistic care, and issues such as algorithmic bias and data privacy have become deep-seated problems in digital transformation.
