Exploring Perception, Trust and Intent to Use AI Self-diagnosis

Abstract

    Objective This study aims to explore the current usage status, attitude tendencies of the public toward AI self-diagnosis tools in healthcare-related scenarios, as well as the core factors influencing their popularization, so as to provide empirical evidence for the optimization, upgrading and standardized application of AI health tools. An online questionnaire survey was conducted among populations of different age groups and professional backgrounds, with a total of 182 valid questionnaires recovered. Descriptive statistical methods were adopted to analyze the collected data.
