With the deepening of population aging in China, the demand for elderly education has been increasing. Therefore, advancing the digital transformation of elderly education to expand the supply scale and improve its quality is a crucial measure to address this issue. This paper explores the multi-subject collaborative service mechanism for elderly education co-constructed by the government-institution-community tripartite, using the case study method. Based on identifying three characteristics of the Cloud-based Elderly University—integration of online and offline resources, inclusive resource integration, and aging-friendly design—the paper puts forward solutions to resolve problems such as the unbalanced supply of elderly education resources, the difficulty in bridging the digital divide, and the low participation of the elderly.
