Environmental Law Teaching and the Cultivation of Ecological Rule of Law Thinking under the Synergy of OBE Concept and Curriculum-based Ideological and Political Education

Facing the strategic needs of ecological civilization construction, current environmental law teaching still has shortcomings in cultivating legal thinking and guiding values. To improve the effectiveness of environmental law teaching, this article explores innovative paths for reform and the cultivation of ecological legal thinking, grounded in the OBE concept and the perspective of curriculum ideological and political collaboration. The study found that the outcome orientation of the OBE concept is intrinsically consistent with the value guidance of the ideological and political curriculum, and that the synergy between the two can effectively address the disconnection between knowledge transfer and value creation in environmental law teaching.
