Analysis of the Concept of Civil Aviation Crisis Management Based on System Theory

Abstract

    Based on relevant research on crisis management systems, this paper comprehensively summarizesand explores the conceptual connotation and core characteristics of civil aviation crisis management,analyzes its inducing factors, constructs a crisis management system framework, and expounds on thefunctions and significance of its development. It concludes that civil aviation crisis management is nonroutinemanagement; enhancing crisis management awareness and analyzing civil aviation crisismanagement from a systematic perspective are more conducive to identifying, analyzing, and resolvingissues related to civil aviation crisis management.
