AI 赋能公共管理类专业学生学习效果的路径研究——基于学生AI 使用能力的中介作用

本研究以整合性科技接受与使用模型(UTAUT)为理论框架,构建以“AI 接受度”为前因、 “学生 AI 使用能力”为中介、“学习效果”为结果的概念模型。通过对我国高校公共管理类学生的问卷调查与数据分析,研究发现:(1)学生对 AI 的接受度对学习效果有显著正向影响;(2)学生对 AI 的接受度对自身 AI 使用能力有显著正向影响;(3)学生 AI 使用能力对学习效果有显著正向影响;(4)学生 AI 使用能力在 AI 接受度与学习效果的关系中发挥部分中介作用。本研究揭示了 AI 赋能公共管理专业学习的内在机制,为高校优化学科教学改革、提升数智时代管理人才质
量提供了理论依据与实践路径。
