AI 工作设计与AI 工作重塑的双向互动机制研究:基于混合智能的理论框架

摘要

    AI 驱动的工作变革已超越技术替代与效率提升,呈现出组织 AI 工作设计与员工 AI 工作重塑持续互动、动态调适和共同建构的特征。针对既有研究割裂自上而下 AI 嵌入与自下而上员工适配的问题,本研究基于 JD-R 论理论,遵循 PRISMA 规范,系统梳理近十年相关文献,并引入混合智能中枢作为二者互动的驱动核心,构建分层运行机制框架。研究表明,AI 在组织中的应用本质上是人与技术分层循环、良性互动的过程,混合智能中枢能够促进 AI 工作设计与 AI 工作重塑之间的动态反馈与持续优化,为企业 AI 应用、组织工作变革及人—智协同提供理论框架与实践参考。
